Q - How do you make apple fritters?
     A- We peel, core and cut apples into rings, dip them in our own fritter batter and deep fry until golden.

- What kind of oil do you use for cooking your fritters?
     A - We use canola oil.

Q - How should I store apple fritters?
     A- We recommend you don't store them at all, but eat them fresh. Much like fresh cut French fries from a fry truck, apple fritters should be eaten freshly made.

Q - How did you come up with the idea of fried apple rings?
