Q - How should I store apple fritters?
A- We recommend you don't store them at all, but eat them fresh. Much like fresh cut French fries from a fry truck, apple fritters should be eaten freshly made.

Q - How did you come up with the idea of fried apple rings?
A - We didn't actually invent apple fritters, which are a traditional food from Europe. They are also known as apfel beignets, or appelflappen. They appear to be traceable back to medieval times. See: http://www.coquinaria.nl/english/recipes/06.1histrecept.htm
